Daniel's Tip #3, Redken Clear Moisture Moist Ends Leave-In

Here's another reason I love Miss Heigl--or should I say Mrs. Josh Kelley? Are you still a Miss Your Maiden Name Here if you keep your professional name, and then a Mrs. Your Husband's Name? Can you be both at the same time? Philosopher hair-obsessed fans out there? Get back to me!

Anyway, this lady keeps it pretty real, or at least so it seems to us. So either she's easy going or she has the world's greatest publicist. I also dig that she has a rockin' body, but it's not a ridiculous Hollywood body. It's like the girl form the cheerleading team in high school who you wanted to hate because she was just so darn cute but you couldn't because she was sweeter than apple pie.

Right now in NYC it is starting to truly become winter, but even then, when the turn the heat up in all the old buildings, it can feel like a vacation in Acapulco. (I'll let you guess which is better. Radiator heat in old pre-war buildings or a vacation in Mexico...!) But a nice extra treat for your hair, whether it's dry, hot apartment heat or the beautiful, hot sun on vacation, is to use some RCMMEL-I on your hair dry. Yep. Dry.

So put a little bit on your hands, rub together and work up from the roots. Again, it can add a little style, but also just give you an extra boost, whether you're jet-setting around the South Pacific or watching Project Runway Marathons at home. Avoid the roots, and start slow, we don't want you to end up with too much product and look greasy. But all in all, not much can go wrong with adding some extra moisture when it's hot outside. Or inside. Or whatever.

P.S. It is also always smart, both for your hair and your delicate skin on your face to wear a hat when in the sun. We now know that almost all of early visible signs of aging on the skin (wrinkles, brown spots, loss of density), can be traced to too much sun exposure.

You don't have to wear a hat sitting in your apartment watching TiVo though...
